1. General provisions
This Policy sets out how personal data of wbs.kz website users is collected, processed, stored and protected. It has been prepared with due regard to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection”.
By using website forms and providing data, the user confirms that they have read this Policy. Consent to data processing is obtained through a separate action in the form or another method that makes receiving the consent possible to confirm.

3. Data we collect
- name, telephone number, email address and message content submitted in an enquiry form;
- the selected server plan or configuration where the user submits a server enquiry;
- technical data: IP address, browser and device information, date and time of visit, page address, cookies and similar identifiers;
- aggregated website-usage data collected by web analytics services.
Please do not send documents, payment details, passwords or other unnecessary information through website forms.
4. Purposes of processing
- handling an enquiry, responding and preparing an offer;
- operating and securing the website and protecting it from abuse;
- measuring visits and improving the website where consent for analytical cookies has been given.
5. Cookies and web analytics
The website uses technical cookies needed for its operation, as well as Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics. These tools may use cookies, localStorage and other identifiers for visitor statistics and interaction analysis.
Analytical cookies must be used only after the user has given consent. Once the cookie settings are enabled on the website, users can refuse analytical cookies or withdraw consent there; they can also delete or restrict cookies in their browser settings.

6. Disclosure and storage
Only WBS employees who need the data to handle an enquiry and support the website may access enquiries.
Google Analytics and other external services may involve cross-border transfers of technical data. Such a transfer is made only where the consent required by law has been obtained.
Website enquiries are retained for no more than 12 months from the date of enquiry unless a longer period is required by law or a contract with the user. Technical data is retained for the periods set by the relevant service and WBS settings.
7. User rights
A user may request information about processing of their data, request its correction, blocking or destruction where there are no lawful grounds to retain it, and withdraw consent. Send a request to info@wbs.kz with the subject “Personal data”.
After receiving a withdrawal of consent, WBS stops processing data within the periods prescribed by Kazakhstan law, except where further processing or storage is required by law.
8. Data protection and policy changes
WBS applies organisational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. We may update this Policy when the website, services used or legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page.
